2 Single-Family Housing Project

Pabineau Falls First Nation, NB

This project consisted of 3 bedroom homes with full foundations. The site work started in early August 2021 and the homes were completed in mid-October. Both homes featured spray foam in the basement (R-20), R-30 in walls and R-60 in the attics. They also had Samsung heat pumps to increase efficiency.
