5 Single-Family Dwellings

Bear River First Nation, NS

The Bear River First Nation project consists of 5 new single-family dwellings. These energy-efficient homes have in-floor heat throughout, R-30 insulation in for the walls, and R-60 blown cellulose in the attics. Two of the homes have 2 bedrooms and 3 of them have 3 bedrooms. The construction of these homes was started on June 7, 2021.
